Skinny Bitch.
So, I'm reading Skinny Bitch, it's basicially just advertising Veganism.
I'm all for veganism, but I don't know how long I could go w/o dairy.
Maybe I'll give it a try.
I'm not really doing it for weight reasons, (although I could stand to lose a few lbs) I just feel like crap and like I'm full of salt and sugar and ulch!
So maybe just eating fruits and veggies and nuts and grains will be better.

Re: Skinny Cow
They've removed the video from Youtube! I hate when they do this. I remember when I tried to get the Mighty Boosh, "I Did A Shit On Your Mum" clip for my Myspace profile page. It was in violation back then, but seems to be acceptable now!
Veganism sounds mighty hard - for someone like me anyhow - but it's amazing how some people adapt.

Re: Skinny Bitch.
That's the book that made me go vegan. It's not that hard to be honest, it's just a matter of finding what's out there. Like for example today I was in the city and I found out that Lord of the Flies is vegan!!! I had vegan burger and fries, it was awesome!

Re: Skinny Bitch.
Lord of the Fries, the amount of time I've gone past that place and wondered if it was all that.
Is it any good? Next time I'm in the city I'll have to try it.

Re: Skinny Bitch.
^ Yeah me too, I always look past it though too coz I just assume it's not vegan. It's like a healthy version of McDonalds. They sell AMAZING chips and they have like heaps of flavours of sauces. They have burgers too, you don't have to get it vegan but vegan cheese is available. The patty is like fake meat and everything else is just normal, sauce and bread and stuff. But definitely give it a try!
