This is the poem I'm going to submit for my Creative Writing assignment at uni. It's my first assignment I'm submitting ever, it's due tomorrow. What do you think?

Rag Doll

The walls struggled to contain me.

They guided me along the darkness that

engulfed me whole.

My fingertips desperate,

my breathing heavy.

I dreaded what would come for me,

what was waiting

for me.

Sorrow leaked out of my face.

My tears desperate to find their way out,

but even they could not ...

In honour of the soldiers who passed and also the ones that survived, heres a poem I found on the net to commemorate the day.

I saw a kid marchin’ with medals on his chest.

He marched alongside Diggers marching six abreast.

He knew that it ...

Sea and the Spiteful-seven

I slowly take a deep breath of comfort. A salty taste dances along my tongue and lingers in the back of my throat. The soft sand is so clean it’s almost white while the suns reflections give it an unearthly sparkle. Mums and dads sit along the beach, soaking up the rays of the sun in a peaceful calm: reading, thinking, sleeping. Children ...

------------are like apples

--------on trees. The best ones

------are at the top of the tree

----The boys don't want to reach

---for the good ones because they

-are afraid of falling and getting hurt.

Instead, they just get the rotten apples

-from the ground that aren't as good,
