You're still young Vi and you can easily build up lots more experience as time goes by. People just need to give you the chance to build up those skills. You should definitely send in your portfolio since you've got nothing to lose. You never know, by sending in some of your work into companies like this you could get a job at the end of it. Good luck!

Hahahaha i was just joking around guys. But thanks for the support. It means a lot to me. Thing with graphic designing is that it is SUCH a COMPETITIVE thing. Everyone pushes themselves to be the best. Because obviously you have to be, because otherwise no one would wanna hire you. You've gotta constantly be up to date with ideas and keep practicing so you don't lose focus. I find their isn't many women in the business, whether thats a good thing or not i don't know.

same with special effects makeup, which is what i love most. anybody can do beauty makeup or cover up some under eye circles. but it's mostly men in special effects.
Violet, just keep doing what you love. Your hard work will pay off! Definitely send in a portfolio, or even an email explaining that Chris has been posting your stuff, and then send them a link to or some samples of your work.
They may want you to come in for an internship or something. At the very least they can give you pointers on the business, and let you know what your next step should be. How convenient it would be to be around there when Chris' new show needs graphics.
At the risk of sounding cheesy, If you don't jump, you'll never know if you can fly!

Re: These Are The Guys Who Make Chris's Graphics.
^Yeah totally!
Yeah i know i'm young, haha. And i know i can put together a great resume in time and submit it to these places. I might even go back to Uni and get a diploma for graphic designing. Who knows what the future holds. I'm just glad that i know what i wanna be and i think i'm heading down the right path opposed to sitting at home and having no idea what i wanna do for a living. Thanks for all the moral support guys but really i was only joking around hahaa. I definitely do fail at humour.
