Toy Story 3

Post by Violet on Sat May 30, 2009 12:58 pm

I'm a sucker for movies like this! Besides Toy Story has and forever will be a part of my childhood! Though i'll be 21 next year when it comes out!

i used to think my toys could come alive... my sister and i used to be sitting in our room and we'd say out loud something like 'OK were going to look away now so u can blink or scratch if you need to' hahah and then wed look away so our toys could move for a bit.

how....sweet

I'm a huge fan of the Disney classics, so naturally, I'm enthused for the release of this. Smile
I miss our classics...Pixar has taken over, and while everyone enjoys them...I can't state I'm a fan. I love me my Disney classics that I grew up on. Toy Story is the only Pixar exception I will make.

I love Pixar. I think they're incredibly original and have the best movies.
Although I still love Lion King and Aladdin and Hercules, all great.
Apparently now that Disney have bought over Pixar, Disney will be returning to 2d, traditional animation.

Well, yes, I do give them kudos for being quite original. I'm just an old Disney kind of gal. I use to work at The Disney Store and it would frustrate me when children would come in not having a single clue in regards to the classics! I am aware of the generation gap and such, but nothing will ever compare to the films we grew up on. I left my classics (all on VHS..haha) to my younger siblings, so i'm glad they are familiar with them. As for Disney buying over Pixar, I wasn't aware of this. Wow. I know a new film is being released in traditional animation, titled "The Frog and The Princess". Smile

I LOOOOOOOVE the fact they've made Andy my age now. I was the same age as him in the other ones. It's like he's grown up with us and the movie is MEANT for people my age.
