The worst thing was the fucken media had the nerve to try and sneek into the funeral service and take photos of them carrying her coffin out and snap pics of Rove crying. It was disgusting and so cold hearted. Majority of Australian magazines published the pics too. So thoughtless.

That's the media for you.

^Australian media is getting just as bad as the American. No Aussie cops it more then poor Jess from The Veronicas. Shes so strong. She kinda had a bit of a teary moment in chat with a few of us but we'll support her through thick and thin.

I just think its sooo low at a funeral of ALL places.

Oh wow, the media at the funeral is so insensitive. Trust me the British press can be so relentless and intrude in the lives of celebs to disturbing levels. I know it all comes with being a celebrity but some of the things the media becomes involved in can be highly unnecessary.

The British paparazzi are horrible. And you know what? Very few people would care if they stopped doing their job.

Which makes their job all the more disturbing.

I admit i like seeing a few candid shots of my fave celebs in magazines i read when im at the gym, who doesn't? If i was famous i wouldn't have a problem if a few paps came and took pics of me while i was out shopping or something. Just not RIGHT in my face like they do with Britney. Its just sometimes they go too far.

Dealing with paparazzi is all part of being a celebrity and I admit I like flicking through a couple of magazines which publish celeb pics but they just go too far sometimes which is why they have a bad rep. It all just comes down to money since there is still a big demand for these kinda things.

Australian media is the worst. I mean they stick articles and pics on Australian celebs we just don't give a shit about. Im sooooooo sick of opening up a magazine and seeing freakin' Lara Bingle out and about with her buck teeth shopping. I swear shes the Australian version of Paris Hilton, famous for doing nothing. Bloody annoys me. Same with Jennifer Hawkins. I like her but im sick of seeing her face everywhere! We hardly ever get candid pics of celebs we like, like Chris or The Veronicas out and about. I guess C-List celebs like Lara are cheap. Hahahaha.

It's the same in the UK. You see so many Z list celebrities and it just makes you wonder what can constitute being a 'celebrity' these days. Gossip columns are full of WAGs (Wives and Girlfriends of Football/Soccer Players) and relatives of famous people (e.g. Peaches and Pixie Geldof). But I guess they focus on them because it's not as if they're trying not to get their photo taken. They're definitely milking their 'fame' by going out to all these celebrity parties and putting themselves out there unlike people like Chris.

You have no idea how sick i am with seeing pics and reading articles about their skanky GF's. They're fucken gold diggers and what pisses me off more is they've probably never watched a game of footy in their life! My friend has been a footy fan her whole life and shes had a crush on her fave player for years now and it breaks my heart to see her sooo upset when hes strolling around with this stupid bimbo with fake tits and no brain. Im like "you've gotta go out to clubs and stuff, thats how you'll meet them" but shes like "i dont want to do something like that." Really sad. Sad

But then you see normal looking girls with some of them which is good....but they're the ones who never get any articles about them what so ever. :/

At least Chris's ex girlfriend wasn't an attention seeking bimbo. I don't know the woman but i already like her just for that.

Yeah that's why WAGs have such a bad rep, a lot of them come across as girls who blow all their husband's money on shopping trips and don't necessarily work themselves. Obviously this doesn't apply to everyone but the normal girls who have a job and aren't clinging on to the fame of their husband don't make the gossip columns.

And care for their kids and aren't all plastic looking.

My brother is like "you're just jealous" but seriously im not. Sure i'd love their back account but i wouldn't want to be known as a gold digger. I have self respect and have worked hard to get to where i am today, like i'd throw that all away if some rich guy came up to me and asked me to be his girlfriend.

Yeah we'd all love to have a comfortable life with money at our disposal but when it comes to people who are constantly taking advantage of their situation and purely 'gold digging', that's when it gets silly.
