Are these postal strikes effecting the whole country or just certain areas of the UK?

I'm not sending anyone anything until this strike is over. Ves didn't receive her cup and i've lost the book too as Hamish said he sent it a while back and Ves obviously hasn't received it.

The postal strike is all over the UK but apparently theyve hired thousands of people to work part time to hire post, but id still wait if i were you. its not worth the amount you paid to have it lost. xx
