I have also taken notice, that in Ja'mie's formal scene, when they run out to the dance floor it's different in both the Australian and American dvds. Before ordering the "Chris Lilley Series Collection" from Australia, I had purchased the SHH episodes through American itunes. In the US formal scene, random techno music is being played. Once the series collection arrived from Australia, and I watched the scene again..a "Backstreet Boys" song was being played. So I take it the Backstreet Boys did not allow the song to be cleared for the US. Haha..

Oh really? Yeah the BSB song in the background is hilarious! Its the same over here though at times. Like with the WWE games for XBOX i notice the wrestlers have different theme music. Obviously not licensed over here.

Loving that Bananarama not only approved of their name being mentioned in the show, but they were Chris Lilley fans as well!

I know! Didn't they say to Chris something like if you ever did a live stage show or something, we'd love to be in it. Now that would be pretty epic!

That's right. If Mr G ever wanted to make a "Tsunamarama"/ "Mr G The Musical" they wanted to take part in it.

it's backstreet boys playing at the formal on the UK version. i wonder why it isn't on the US version? :S x
