^I felt sooo sorry for her mum then. But it was hilarious to see her chuck a hissy fit and throw all the photos around. "I don't know why i liked him! I never liked him!" at that 'guy who looks like Usher'.

I guess he counts in the Daniel option. I guess he is a different person Chris plays but he's not a nominee and they feature in the same scenes... so I dunno.

Chris plays him really well and the episode he gets his hearing back is really sweet and not really played for laughs. You laugh with him... not at him.

In many ways, Pat, the twins and Ricky are elaborate visual gags. What makes them work is that they're totally three dimensional characters. I do think though that mid series Ricky's story wasn't as interesting as the others.

I still think Ja'mie and Phil are the most consistently funny characters.
