Have North American Fans Seen This Show?

I tried VLC player and it played them but it skips every 2 seconds like it can't quite read them correctly or some shit..

Edit: I downloaded AnyDVD and it is a RAR file which my comp can't open. What do I need to do to open it????

You need WinRAR.

Mac = UnrarX
PC = WinRAR and unzip it.

so, I downloaded WinRAR for my PC which let me open AnyDVD and I went to add archive and clicked my WCBH DVD and I got this:
