WCBH Book?
I was reading an interview with Lilley and it said that he wrote a companion book for the show about what the characters have been up to since the series. Does anyone have any more information about this? It sounds great.
I'd love him to do We Can Be Heroes... Where Are They Now?

I have no idea! That'd be awesome as though.
I'll have to look out for it in the shops.
I remember my mum saying something about this but i kinda ignored her at the time hahhaa. I'll ask her again!

Re: WCBH Book?
I've found the book, usually sold out, on a few Australian online stores (including the ABC store) but it seems to include some stuff from the ABC We Can Be Heroes website such as Ja'mie's hilarious letter to Sonali.

Re: WCBH Book?
I went to 2 bookshops today at the shopping centre and one place never sold the book and the other sold the last copy a few months ago at a clearance sale for $4!!! I was like "I hope you know anything Chris Lilley does is worth more then $4" to the guy at the store with the most serious look on my face. He probably thought i was gonna reach out and strangle him LOL cause he gave me an "okaaaaay" look. Hahaha. Well im sorry its true. I might try EBAY later or maybe even the ABC shop may have it.

Re: WCBH Book?
Do you have prepaid Visas over there? Here, you can load as much money onto a credit card without the hassle of interest payments, etc. Just put $20 on it and you should be good to go!

Re: WCBH Book?
I bought the WCBH book a couple of months ago for about $15 at an ABC Shop (there were only a few there that day) - it's pretty cool. Some previously unseen photos of the characters, a pull-out poster with Ja'mie's Global Vision poster on one side and the Ricky Wong 'Boy from Oz' poster on the other side. You guys will love it - there's some funny stuff in there ..............

^Oh you lucky ducky.
Eughh FG just sucks ass. No wonder Kath and Kim mock it. I'll try Chaddy instead next time.
I might get a credit card one day Nicole but i need to learn to handle my money better first hahaha.

Re: WCBH Book?
That's why you should look into pre-paid credit cards. You put the money on it you want to spend and once it's gone, it's gone.
But I'm not even sure if it's an option for you as far as availability.

Re: WCBH Book?
^Yeah we do have things like that. A couple of my mates have them. I would like one cause im constantly buying stuff on Ebay and im sick of using my parents credit cards for it. I asked my mum and she said she'd think about it. Yes i am legally an adult and should be allowed to get one if i want, but unfortunately it doesn't work like that in my family haha.

Re: WCBH Book?
You still live at home, right? So, technically...even if you are an adult, you gotta abide by the whole "if you live under my roof, you live by my rules thing." I can't tell you how many times I heard that through my college career
My sister got an American Express pre-paid card for Christmas and it said "USA use only" so I was wondering if it wasn't available oversees. Now I know! LOL

Re: WCBH Book?
^Yep and cause my parents ignore the fact i'm 19 and not 10.
I give them a bit of credit. There are stricter parents then mine in this world but since dad is moving away my mum may lighten up a bit.

Re: WCBH Book?
Things could always be worse!
From the time I was about 2 until 12, my dad worked away from home. He would be gone for 6 weeks, come back for 2 weeks, gone for a month, back for a week, etc. etc. It was like not having a Dad. Then, we moved here, to Virginia from New York, and started his own business doing the same thing he was doing when he worked away from home and it was weird! We could always push my mom a little to get what we wanted, but there was no budging dad!
